The new flame dome is constructed of phenolic polymer which is heat proofed to 900 deg C. The material has the advantage of being NON conductive in terms of heat and electricity. The unit provides an essential barrier against the chimney effect. The dome comes complete with a metal fixing bracket making a secure first fix ensuring an easy installation of the ceiling loudspeaker.
