Methods of Payment:
We accept most credit cards: Payable through: Lloyds TSB, SagePay and PayPal.
We utilize SSL technology on our Shopping Cart, rest assured, your online
ordering is Secure. We use the 3D secure card processing system which
relies on you entering your 3D secure password on a page provided by
SagePay and we have no access or control over this page.
All items purchased from AudioMate are covered by a 12 months guarantee, with the exception of consumable items such as CDs, styli, fluids, fuses, batteries etc. We will exchange or repair any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days. If it displays a manufacturing fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge. Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made.
Our shipping times are simple
Most products ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday are dispatched the very same day. Orders processed on Friday's before 2pm are delivered on a Monday. Delivery to more remote areas may take an extra day or two. We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you have given us for delivery. But in any event within 1-3 days of your order, or 7-10 days for back ordered products. Our Courier is not a Guaranteed Next Day Service. They aim to deliver next day and do so most times, but they do not guarantee it.
Only £6.50 + Vat for all UK Mainland Orders (not including the
Islands or the highlands of scotland). Delivery is free when you
spend £150 or more! With the exception of some large weighted products that require a pallet,
this charge will be displayed as an option on the details page.

We do not ship to the following lacations: Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, ROI, Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly. Or your postcode begins with: AB, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, BT, HS, KA, TR, ZE, PO.
Only out of stock products that are due back in stock within the next 14 days are available for back order. You may purchase these products with your order, but the delivery of any back ordered product will be as and when our own delivery has arrived, usually within 7-10 days. You will not be charged any additional shipping cost for these items and the rest of your order will be delivered as usual.
Basically we order our weekly stock from Germany before 12 noon on Thursdays. Back Orders placed on the site before that time will be delivered to you within 7 days, usually on a Wednesday. Place a Back Order after that time, delivery to you would be within 7-10 days and usually the following Wednesdays.

All deliveries are made by courier and will need to be signed for, so
if you have a preferred day for delivery, please make a note of this
in the comments box at checkout. If no-one is in at time of delivery,
the courior will leave a card to say that they have tried to deliver.
You can then contact them directly to arrange a convenient time to re-deliver
or to collect from their depot.
Once delivered, the goods will become your property and your responsibility and Audio Mate will not accept any liability for loss damage or destruction to the items you purchase from our website. You will be asked to sign for your goods, on which you are responsible for checking your items before you sign. On signing, you are accepting that all items have been received and in good condition or what you previously agreed to through our terms & conditions. If the courier will not wait for you to check the goods you must notify the courier company of this.
Please be aware:
AudioMate does not and will not take any responsibility for goods that
have been signed for in good order and accepted by you, they become your
property and we are no longer a party to them. If you cannot check products
when delivered, you must sign as 'UNCHECKED'. Failure to do so may affect
warranty you may have in the future.
Need to Return a product:
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business. To return a product you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
What we will need:
We'll need the following to authorize your return: Customer Name, Order Number and the Nature of the Problem.
Return shipping back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs in this event, you will receive an email confirming your return. Products returned must be in new condition, unused and containing all original labels and packaging. To return an item, just send us an email with your order number and the reason for the return (item was damaged, you bought the wrong thing, wrong size, etc.) and we'll get back too you as soon as possible.
