This satellite finder is designed to aid in the speedy installation and lining up of satellite dishes in order to maximize channel availability, this is the satellite finder only. The item comes in black, has an LED indicator and features an in-line input frequency signal strength meter. To use simply connect the right hand side connector to a satellite f plug to f plug cable (not included), then connect to the satellite Low Noise Block (LNB). Finally connect another satellite cable to the left hand connector and connect to the battery connector (2 x 9V batteries required but not included) in order to trace channels and pick up the best available signal. The product features an audio generator meaning that when the optimum/strongest signal has been detected the noise emitted will be at it's highest pitch.
